Trinity collaborates with retirement plan sponsors and their associated financial professional in delivering highly effective administration and compliance solution for their employer sponsored retirement plan.What Our DC Consulting Associates are responsible for:Provide technical support to Defined Contributions Services team, Trinity Principals, Relationship Managers, Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors.
Provide on-demand technical information.
Assist in the completion of core administration and compliance testing, including, but not limited to:
Census Collection
Non-Discrimination Testing
5500 Reporting
Profit Sharing Allocations
Document Updates
Year-End Information Requests
Client Reports
Collaborate with other departments in delivering Trinity's reports and anticipating the client's questions.
Client Participant Statements (Assist with Quarterly Valuations and Participant/Sponsor statements).
Supplementary PPA Statements.
Annual Required Participant Notices.
Participant vesting calculation.
Calculation of employer contributions (including cross-testing/partnerships & sole proprietors).
Request and electronically file incoming asset and brokerage account statements and trust reports.
Handle and verify transactions with Recordkeepers / Investment Providers and be a liaison when information is needed or requested.
Assist with various types of data collection and verification.
Investment provider updates, including but not limited to, plan sponsor provisions.
Assemble, send, and/or file various notices and forms.
Provide cross-departmental support as needed.
Assist in special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Possess outstanding communication and computer/software skills, and demonstrate trustworthiness, adaptability and responsiveness.
Team player and great positive attitude is a must.
Strong mathematical skills required.
Possess a relentless pursuit to be successful.
Must Haves:Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
Proficient computer / software skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Discipline and drive to stay focused and motivated with limited supervision.
Effective time management and organization capabilities with a focus on delivering superb client experience.
ASPPA QKA required or willing to attain; maintain ASPPA Membership.
