Responsibilities include:Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and attract top talentManaging recruitment efforts through the ADP Recruiting platformMaintaining accurate and up-to-date job postings and weekly open position reportsCoordinating external recruiting efforts, including agencies and headhunter relationshipsManaging internship programs and participating in career fairs and networking eventsOverseeing video interview coordination through SparkHire, including writing interview questionsSupporting seamless onboarding for new hires within ADPEmployee Relations & HR SupportYou'll serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers while helping foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesHandle employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and fairnessManage leave administration, including FMLA and ADACoordinate unemployment responses and represent the organization during hearings when neededBenefits, Compliance & HR OperationsYou'll play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring compliance across multiple HR functions.Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolutionCoordinate open enrollment and support compensation communication timelinesAssist with audits and compliance reporting including ACA, 401(k), NDT, and EEO-1 reportingMaintain accurate HRIS records and generate HR analytics and reportingSupport employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and HR process improvementsHelp maintain and update HR SharePoint resources and communicationsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field2+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and leave managementSolid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirementsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detailExperience with ADP WorkforceNow and Microsoft Office SuitePHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
