Senior Outlet Production Supervisor

Department: RetailLocation: Outlet- 72nd & F St.Employment Status: Full-TimePay Range: $20.25Job SummaryOversee all aspects of the production of goods in the Retail Operations department.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train and schedule staff as needed, and provide input to store manager on evaluationsResponsible for inventory control and notify manager of inventory needsAssist customers with loading sold merchandise safelyMaintain a daily production log on all production staff, tracking individual productivity and overall store productionResponsible for authorizing store discountsResponsible for accessing safe and making change for cashiers as neededReport known/suspected security and or theft activity to managementOperate baler and forklift as neededInvestigate and document on-the-job injuries of employees Inspect and sort donations in adherence to quality standards to ensure that items are suitable for sales floorResponsible for selecting, sorting, and sending specialized donated items to E-CommerceUtilize established pricing guidelines and mark up quality items when appropriateMeet or exceed the attendance expectations for this positionActively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of employees, customers, and participantsMust be able to assist at other store locationsOther duties as assignedIndividual Development & Interpersonal SkillsPersonally participate in ongoing cross training opportunities, education and development as well as supporting others in their efforts to develop.Working relationship with supervisor and co-workers.Must possess good communication and motivational skills.Must be able to establish effective working relationship with work team.ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENTEducate customers and the community about the mission and vision of the organization.Demonstrate the Goodwill core values through actions and words.Qualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
