We're looking for an experienced professional to lead frontline medical inquiry management in this fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for healthcare professionals, patients, and partners while supporting pharmacovigilance and medical information operations.Responsibilities include (but not limited to):Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound medical inquiries, adverse events (AEs), and product quality complaints (PQCs)Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant intake documentation and case triageCoordinate routing across Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, and Product Quality workflowsDeliver a high-touch, "white glove" stakeholder experience through professional and empathetic communicationManage end-to-end follow-up to ensure timely resolution of all inquiriesMaintain compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and audit-ready documentation standardsTrack and reconcile cases within relevant databases/systems (IRMS experience a plus)Identify trends, recurring issues, and potential risks for internal escalationSupport process improvement initiatives and inspection readiness activitiesQualifications:PharmD, MPH, MSN, PA, or other advanced healthcare/healthcare administration degree preferred5+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance, medical information, drug safety operations, or patient/HCP-facing clinical rolesHands-on experience managing AEs, PQCs, and medical inquiriesStrong understanding of PV and medical information compliance requirementsExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality executionExperience working within biotech or other fast-paced environments strongly preferredThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where you can have direct impact on patient experience, operational excellence, and safety compliance.Apply now to begin the process!
