Open to the community since 2005, our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care for pets across the Northern Front Range.As a Hospital Assistant (HA), you’ll play a vital role in supporting patient care and hospital operations. This position works closely with our veterinary technicians and doctors to ensure patients receive exceptional care while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment.Experience & Skills RequirementsThe ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about animal care.Previous veterinary or animal care experience preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsMust be able to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekendsAbility to lift and restrain animals safelyPositive attitude with a compassionate approach to patient careWillingness to work some weekends and holidays as neededDesire to grow and advance within the veterinary fieldRole ResponsibilitiesAssist veterinary technicians and doctors with patient care and treatmentsProperly restrain animals for exams and proceduresMaintain cleanliness of exam rooms, treatment areas, and hospital spacesClean, disinfect, and prepare surgical and medical equipmentMonitor and care for hospitalized patients (walking, feeding, cleaning cages)Stock supplies and maintain inventory levelsAssist with laundry and general hospital upkeepSupport team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient careHelp create a positive experience for both clients and patientsYou’ll Grow with UsSkillsHere, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
