We have an immediate need for a 3rd Shift Supervisor for our Extrusion Department.\nWe have an immediate need for a 3rd Shift Supervisor for our Extrusion Department.\nUnder the general supervision of the Production Manager, the Extrusion Shift Supervisor:\nTakes responsibility for all aspects of safety, production and quality for the shift assigned within the extrusion department.\nOversees one production shift in accordance with QMS & EHS requirements with a strong focus on safety, supports other production shifts as needed.\nSupports Production Manager in engaging, leading, setting expectations & assessing performance of direct labor.\nUnderstands and executes role as leader in production. Complete other related projects assigned.\nThe successful candidate will:\nSupervise, direct, lead and coordinate the day to day shift operations of production activities\nCoach and develop production shift personnel, data review/prep for safety, quality, productivity; work with engineering and maintenance on new products, new processes, process enhancements, and repairs\nActively participate in World Class Manufacturing programs to identify loss opportunities and lead projects in driving cost savings.\n\nIS THIS JOB FOR YOU?\n\nBS degree in Engineering or Business.
