This role supports efficient operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach truck and other material-handling equipment safely and efficientlyLoad, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and productsInspect forklifts before and after use and report maintenance or safety issuesVerify product quantities, labels, and documentationTransport materials to designated locations according to work ordersMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasFollow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policiesAssist with inventory counts and stock rotation as neededCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersQualifications High school diploma or GED preferredValid forklift certification Osha or Pic CardMust be able to pass a criminal background check and drug testPrevious forklift, reach truck or warehouse experience preferredAbility to read and understand work orders, labels, and safety instructionsBasic math and record-keeping skillsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periodsAbility to work in warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, and noiseWork Schedule/Pay Full-time7:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. or 2:00 P.M. – 10:30 P.M.Pay $18.00 - $20.00Work Environment Warehouse or distribution settingExposure to moving equipment and machineryHermann Distribution Houston TX 77015 Would Like candidate to be 25 miles or less from job site
