Instructional Designer II
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer II to create and deliver impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend learning modalities Design and develop various learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual training, and eLearning modules Mentor junior instructional designers and support continuous improvement of learning programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 6-8 years of experience in instructional design or a related field Advanced experience with eLearning and video development tools Proficiency with graphic design and audio tools Strong experience in conducting needs assessments and project management
