Create and manage Creo CAD models and drafting to Agility standards.Source OTS component models and integrate them into assemblies.Update CAD based on engineering analysis inputs.Detail draft parts and assemblies.Manage CAD library and templates.Oversee CAD data management in Windchill, including BOM creation and management.Support cross-functional design reviews with quality CAD documentation and presentations.Expert in Creo, including top-down modeling and library management.Expert in Windchill, including promotion requests and BOM management.Proficient in GD&T application for mechanical parts and assemblies.Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, machining, casting, and injection molding.5+ years of mechanical design experience.Ability to be on-site at Agility's design facility as needed.Preferred experience with tolerance analysis and Windchill PDM Administration.
