Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\n\nJob Description:\n\nThe MB Assembler is responsible for assembling cabinet components and finished products according to quality, safety, and production standards. This position uses hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build cabinets while maintaining productivity and workmanship expectations.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, frames, and related products according to specifications.\nRead and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality requirements.\nOperate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.\nInspect materials and completed products for defects and quality concerns.\nMaintain production goals and daily output requirements.\nPerform basic measurements using tape measures and other measuring devices.\nIdentify and report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.\nAssist with cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred, but not required.\nAbility to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.\nBasic math and measuring skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.\nFrequently lift, push, pull, and carry materials up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive motions.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\n\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
