Office Manager
Local construction company looking for a reliable, self-motivated, customer service oriented Office Manager with strong computer skills. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring Owner and the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Suites, Excel, Word, know how to communicate well with employees, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. Experience in the Construction Industry is a plus, but not necessary.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Coordinate between contractors, vendors, and customers
Manage agendas/appointments, calendars, etc.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update estimates, contracts and invoices
Manage Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Work with local municipalities to obtain permits, schedule inspections, etc.
Skills
Proven experience as an office manager, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Strong computer skills a must
Excellent knowledge of Google Suites (ie. Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
