Responsibilities:Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams and programs aligning with enterprise objectivesFacilitate Agile ceremonies and uphold Agile principlesIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery obstaclesAct as liaison among business, engineering, product, and data science teamsCommunicate program status and risks to senior leadershipCoach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with governance and establish delivery metricsSupport Agile execution specifically in AI, ML, and data science initiativesPromote strategic innovation by evaluating emerging trends4. Requirements:Over 10 years of IT or technology experienceAt least 8 years in Agile delivery, project, or program managementProficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFeExperience managing enterprise-scale programs with multiple stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliveryPreferred: Agile certifications, experience in AI/ML projects, regulated environments, and US Healthcare payer domains including Claims and Payment Integrity5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employmentComprehensive benefits package including incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions subject to eligibility6.
