Whether you’re experienced in fabrication, engineering, or customer service, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.\n\nAbout the role:\nThe Material Handler is responsible for the accurate movement, handling, and staging of materials throughout the warehouse and yard. This role supports warehouse and fabrication operations and maintains inventory integrity by performing all material transactions in accordance with company procedures and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).\n\nRoles/Tasks of the Position:\nPull, stage, and move materials in accordance with established WMS procedures.\nLoad and unload trucks safely and efficiently.\nReceive inbound materials and complete put-away as directed.\nSupply the fabrication team with materials per Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements.\nPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as assigned.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and compliant manner.\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse storage locations.\nReport inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and operational issues to supervision.\nFollow all company safety, operational, and quality procedures.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nRequired Abilities:\nTeam player.\nAdequate problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication.\nTime management.\nCommitment to safety rules.\nWillingness to learn and grow.\nProficient with computer programs (ie. Microsoft 365)\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to read and follow picklists, packing slips, purchase orders, and BOMs.\nStrong attention to detail.\nTeam-oriented, reliable, and accountable work style.\nAbility to communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and drivers.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
