Serco manages all aspects of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) for the NexGen IT program including requirements definition, development, testing, upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting and supports all infrastructure for the installations.\r\nYou will be part of a large team of TRIRIGA Developers that work closely with the customers, end users, and other Serco teams to deliver quality software. The team has been recognized by the USAF and industry for their outstanding contributions to the program.\r\nIn this role, you will:\r\nWork as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant on product implementation, enhancement, and database administration projects\r\nDemonstrate expertise in providing a range of software solutions that meet the customer's business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment to solve technical problems\r\nInteract with numerous teammates and customer representatives on a daily basis through online collaboration tools\r\nDeliver solutions in a highly organized, agile project structure using established processes, steps and delivery tools\r\nRely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals\r\nPerform a variety of complicated tasks\r\nMay lead and direct the work of others\r\nExhibit a wide degree of creativity and latitude\r\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:\r\nA Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.\r\n10 years of experience in configuring and developing TRIRIGA, including a strong knowledge of its data structure and table structure.\r\n5 years of experience in data maintenance or data archiving in an Oracle database application.\r\nNACI eligible.\r\nDemonstrated ability to work remotely and strong self-motivation skills.\r\nExperience evaluating customer requirements and performing detailed data mapping.\r\nAbility to work with multiple internal and external organizations to resolve technical and other customer-related problems, multitask, meet deadlines and set priorities.\r\nExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills.\r\nStrong leadership, verbal and written communication skills.\r\nUnderstanding of Agile development methodology preferred.\r\nThe ability to travel up to 10%.\r\nAdditional desired experience and skills\r\nKnowledge of Air Force CE Community.\r\nRecent software development experience, with development of UX applications using Java within a TRIRIGA use case is greatly preferred.\r\nExperience working with federal government programs, particularly DoD\r\nIBM Certified Application Developer a plus\r\nSecurity Plus certification is a plus\r\nIf you are interested in supporting and working with our Air Force Civil Engineers across the globe on a passionate, talented and diverse Serco team- then submit your application now for immediate consideration.
