Role Description Sun Com Mobile is seeking a dedicated District Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Edinburg, TX. In this role, you will oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations, drive sales performance, develop strategic initiatives to meet business goals, and mentor store managers to enhance their leadership and sales skills. Other responsibilities include monitoring KPI performance, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a customer-focused culture within your assigned district. Qualifications Experience in sales, retail management, and achieving performance targetsStrong leadership, team management, and mentoring skillsCapability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenueProficiency in operations management, including budgeting and resource allocationExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work on-site and travel regularly across assigned locationsProficiency in using Sales CRM tools is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
