This role requires strong leadership, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead all phases of construction projects including planning, pre-construction, procurement, field execution, commissioning, and closeout.\nDevelop, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and schedules; proactively identify and mitigate risks to meet project goals.\nCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; ensure work meets contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nServe as primary client and stakeholder contact; maintain clear communication, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates and reporting.\nPrepare and review project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and meeting minutes.\nEnsure compliance with building codes, contract terms, regulatory requirements, and company policies; drive a culture of safety and quality on-site.\nImplement construction best practices and continuous improvement initiatives; mentor and train junior staff and field personnel.\nResolve field and project-related issues promptly and professionally, including claims, disputes, and coordination challenges.\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, multifamily, or higher education construction projects.\nProven track record managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, with demonstrated ability to meet schedule and budget targets.\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, means and materials, building codes, and safety regulations.\nExcellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project); competency in Microsoft Office.\nExperience preparing and managing contract documents, change orders, and cost-control systems.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditation are a plus; valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.\nBenefits\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
