About the Role: The Lead works alongside the Supervisor to keep daily production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a hands-on role responsible for guiding the team, maintaining quality, and communicating issues across shifts. $19.50-20.50 + $1.00 shift premium 4x10hr shifts 3day weekends Key Responsibilities: Provide daily direction and support to team members Inspect parts for defects and report quality, packaging, or rack issues Load and unload parts, scan work tickets, and complete documentation accurately Communicate part, line, and quality issues between shifts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Ensure compliance with all safety rules and PPE requirements Support training, mentoring, and process improvement efforts Skills : Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to give clear direction and constructive feedback Experience managing workflows and multiple priorities Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to train, coach, and support team members Basic technical and computer skills Qualifications: Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred Strong attendance and reliable transportation Ability to read and follow written instructions Willingness to work overtime, stay late, or adjust schedule as needed Must meet physical job requirements, including lifting 25–50lbs Ability to pass required drug screening (including THC) We are a Drug Free Company Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching Regular lifting up to 25 lbs. occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. or more Benefits Offered: Excellent health benefits!! Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met. In this role, you will report to the Tether Supervisor and work closely with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy skills to navigate our production systems and input data accurately. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will be key to your success in this role. Monday Night -Thursday Night 8:30pm-6:30am
