Pledge Financial is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead Family Jewelry and Pawn at our Minneola Location.This is more than retail — every day, you’ll work with a wide variety of customers, help them find solutions that fit their needs, and support a team that thrives on energy and teamwork. Problem Solver with a customer first mindset Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment Experience with a POS system or Inventory software is helpful, but not required we'll train you.
