The position partners closely with product management and engineering teammates to deliver high-quality enhancements, resolve defects, and strengthen system reliability in a regulated healthcare environment.The ideal candidate will bring strong software development expertise, a test-first mindset, and the ability to contribute to design, coding, debugging, and documentation work across the software lifecycle.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,000 – $140,000 annuallyResponsibilities Write high-quality, testable code using a test-first approach. Design, implement, and unit test software while fixing defects and managing integration tasks. Contribute to backend performance optimization and internal tooling. Collaborate with product management to scope enhancements and participate in team retrospectives. Maintain documentation for program logic, coding, and testing changes. Adhere to confidentiality and compliance policies. Participate in an on-call rotation for critical issues outside regular hours.Qualifications Minimum 5 years of software development experience. Proficiency in C# required. Strong T-SQL skills, including query development, optimization, and troubleshooting. Experience with Git or comparable version control tooling. Snowflake experience is a plus. Advanced design, debugging, and coding skills with a focus on security and scalability. Demonstrated growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
