rates\r\nEquipment uptime/downtime\r\nQuality performance metrics\r\nEnergy and utility consumption\r\nSafety and environmental indicators\r\nCollect and analyze process data from historians and other data systems.\r\nPartner with engineers, supervisors, and operators to understand workflow needs and translate them into effective visualization tools.\r\nClean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.\r\nAutomate routine reporting processes using tools such as Power BI.\r\nDocument dashboard functionality, data definitions, and maintenance steps.\r\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, inefficiencies, or areas for operational optimization.\r\nAssist with ad-hoc data analysis projects as needed.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related field).\r\nFoundational understanding of Chemical manufacturing process operations or industrial systems (coursework acceptable).\r\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\r\nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel PivotTables).\r\nBasic understanding of databases and data analysis concepts.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and general data handling.\r\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with programming or scripting.\r\nFamiliarity with manufacturing data sources.\r\nUnderstanding of KPI frameworks, Lean methodologies, or Six Sigma principles.\r\nPrevious exposure to chemical or industrial
