This is a full-time role working in a clean manufacturing environment, focused on ensuring products meet strict quality and customer standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform in-process and final quality inspections on components\n\nEnsure all products meet customer specifications and quality requirements\n\nCollect and document quality control data for First Article Inspections (FAIs)\n\nSupport and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system\n\nRead and interpret customer requirements, drawings, and specifications\n\nUse precision measuring equipment such as calipers, height gauges, etc.\n\nCommunicate with employees, vendors, and customers via phone and email\n\nReview and verify packaging requirements prior to shipment after final QC approval\n\nMaintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of inspections\n\nRequirements\n1+ year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment\n\nWorking knowledge of ISO 9001 standards\n\nExperience using precision measuring tools (calipers, height gauges, etc.)\n\nAbility to read technical drawings and follow detailed specifications\n\nStrong computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office)\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\n\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with CMM, profilometers, or other advanced inspection tools\n\nKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)\n\nFamiliarity with fluid processing components (tubing, pipe, valves, fittings)\n\nExperience with SolidWorks and/or QuickBooks\n\nWillingness to work occasional overtime\n\nPay & Schedule\nStarting Pay: $20-24/hr. + (DOE)\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM + occasional overtime\n\nPay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour\n\nBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
