The role involves creating predictive models, collaborating with various teams, and enhancing model performance to support data-driven decision-making.Responsibilities:• Develop and improve predictive models that identify relationships between patient experiences, gratitude indicators, and philanthropic potential.• Design donor segmentation frameworks and giving propensity models using appropriate ML techniques.• Evaluate and enhance model performance through validation, A/B testing, and user feedback.• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and services teams to ensure models are integrated effectively into production workflows.• Contribute to infrastructure design efforts to support scalable and interpretable AI/ML solutions.• Document and communicate findings, methodologies, and model performance clearly across stakeholder groups.• Apply modern tools and practices in support of reproducibility, automation, and continuous model improvement.Qualifications:Required:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Quantitative or related field required; Master’s preferred.• 5+ years of experience in data science, predictive modeling, or analytics roles.• Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy), SQL, and cloud-native tools.• Familiarity with modern ML frameworks (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM) and MLOps practices.• Understanding of statistical modeling, causal inference, and feature engineering.• Excellent communication skills; experience presenting technical results to diverse audiences.Company:GOBEL is the #1 consulting and technology firm working exclusively in healthcare philanthropy.
