Our goal is to provide the best Craftsmen with the resources and support they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Requirements5+ years of experience in maintenance or tradesA valid driver's license with proof of insuranceA reliable personal vehicle (car, truck, van, or SUV)Ownership of basic tools necessary for general maintenance, repairs, and handyman projectsAbility to climb laddersCapable of lifting 50+ pounds without assistanceMust reside within 30 miles of Eden Prairie, MNExcellent communication skills for interacting with coworkers, customers, and vendorsPunctual, efficient, and committed to exceeding customer expectationsMOST IMPORTANTLY - Must commit to being the GREATEST OF ALL TIME (GOAT Handyman)Nice to HaveProfessional trades licensesLeadership experienceExperience managing maintenance teams and/or trades professionalsBenefitsBenefitsSalary range of $27 - $35 per hour (+ bonuses)Significant Growth OpportunitiesVehicle AllowanceCell Phone AllowanceTool AllowancePaid Time OffOvertime PayRegular Pay ReviewsNo Weekend Work!
