This role is responsible for the direct supervision, coaching, and development of CAMs in the execution of day-to-day activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, delinquency management, vendor relations, and financial reporting. Reporting to the Director of Centralized Services, the CSM ensures that departmental goals, tools, and processes are effectively implemented, optimized, and continually improved to drive portfolio success.\nWhat You Will Do:\nTeam Leadership & Oversight\nDirectly supervise and support Centralized Account Managers in their daily operational responsibilities.\nProvide day-to-day coaching, workload balancing, and performance feedback to ensure quality and consistency in execution.\nConduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and skill development sessions to foster continuous growth and adherence to KPIs.\nSupport recruiting, onboarding, and training of new CAMs in alignment with department standards.\nOperational Execution & Optimization\nEnsure CAMs effectively manage AP/AR workflows, delinquency management, ledger accuracy, and vendor invoicing across platforms like Entrata, Yardi, and EliseAI.\nMonitor performance against key metrics (e.g., delinquency under 1%, invoice processing SLAs, financial report timeliness).
