Quality Assurance Technician

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards in food and beverage manufacturing. This full-time position (1 PM - 9 PM) offers a shift differential for those working the 2nd shift. If you have a knack for quality inspection and a commitment to food safety, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesConduct quality inspections of food products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Monitor production processes and report any deviations from established protocols.Assist in the implementation of food safety and quality assurance programs.Collaborate with production teams to maintain a culture of quality and safety.Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding quality issues.Conduct Metal Check and ensure safety of product.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on food safety regulations and best practices.QualificationsProven experience in quality inspection within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance (FSQA) principles.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work the 2nd shift hours until production is completeYou should be proficient in:Quality Inspection ExperienceFood and Beverage ManufacturingFood Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA)Excellent Communication SkillsExperience in a Manufacturing Environment
