Install, configure, and maintain network protocols to routers, switches, and firewalls on Cisco and Juniper devices.\r\nMust be familiar with protocols to include ACL, BGP, IPv6, NTP, SNMP, Spanning Tree, VPN, VRF.\r\nIdentify and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.\r\nDetermine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems, using Secure CRT and Appgate SDP.\r\nUpdate network designs and topology using Visio. Analyze workload, including traffic and utilization using Wireshark.\r\nOversee or provide technical assistance during Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI).\r\nMonitor network performance using Spectrum and NDFC.\r\nProvide advance troubleshooting to identify and solve network problems to critical real-world scenarios.\r\nMaintain professionalism during high stress situations.\r\nBrief government officials, military personnel, vendors and/or VIPs on current and future Enterprise status.\r\nProtect networks from unauthorized access and cyber threats by implementing and maintaining security measures using GAM.\r\nReview and verify network documentation on DCABs, RFC, FCW.
