products and processes from the start (APQP, FMEA).\n\nReview technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.\n\nWork with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve incoming material quality.\n\nSupport customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and ensuring timely resolution.\n\nProvide training and guidance on quality tools and methodologies across departments.\n\nQualifications Required:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.\n\n3+ years of experience in a quality engineering or related role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial equipment.\n\nStrong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, PPAP, etc.).\n\nExperience with ISO 9001 and related quality management systems.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and quality software/tools.\n\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience in the material handling industry or with industrial vehicle systems (e.g., lift trucks, attachments, automation).\n\nSix Sigma or Lean certification (Green Belt or
