This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout while ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nThe ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering complex, fast-paced, mission-critical or heavy industrial projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate large subcontractor teams in demanding environments.\n\nThis is a 100 percent traveling position supporting national projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead all field operations for assigned projects including site logistics, scheduling, safety, quality, and productivity\nOversee daily activities of subcontractors, foremen, and site personnel\nEnforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards\nCoordinate closely with the Project Manager, client representatives, engineers, and inspectors\nManage project schedules, anticipating challenges and proactively resolving conflicts\nEnsure work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and local codes\nConduct regular site meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and safety briefings\nMonitor and maintain quality control standards including inspections and documentation\nReview and track field production, manpower, and equipment usage\nSupport commissioning, turnover, and closeout processes for mission-critical systems\nMaintain accurate daily reports, logs, progress photos, and field documentation\nServe as the companys on-site representative, maintaining strong client relationships\nRequired Qualifications\n7 to 10 or more years of superintendent experience on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects\nDirect experience on data center, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial facilities preferred\nStrong understanding of MEP systems, concrete, steel, and complex building assemblies\nProven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and multi-phased schedules\nDeep knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing\nDemonstrated leadership and communication skills\nAbility to travel extensively and work extended schedules as required\nProficient with construction technology such as Procore, scheduling software, and tablets\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with hyperscale or colocation data centers\nMission-critical or high-security project environments\nGround-up construction projects valued at 50M or more\nLean construction or advanced scheduling practices\nOSHA 30 required, OSHA 500 a plus\n\nBenefits\n\nVacation/PTO\n\nMedical\n\nDental\n\nVision\n\n401k\n\nBonus\n\nRelocation\n\nTelecommute\n\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
