This position is responsible for the delivery of the project management functions as part of PAS research initiatives.\nThis position will collaborate daily across PAS and work closely with Project Owners to meet deliverables\nProject Management experience in healthcare\nManaging, mentoring and developing professional growth\nFinancial experience including budget tracking and reconciliation\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management – 60%\nProject manage client-facing projects, ensuring the achievement of proper planning, execution, and results.\nUtilize project implementation methodology for onboarding new projects\nBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external groups\nTrack content deliverables and scope\nAssist with aspects of project planning\nOrganize and assist with assigning work specific to projects\nMaintain project plans, schedules, and trackers\nTrack SME payments for Sunshine Act reporting\nAlign budget forecasts with actual work activity\nCollaborate with project team to establish initial project budget\nMaintain budgets in Workday\nEffectively communicate to internal and external project teams to ensure project success\nCo-lead workgroups across multiple initiatives and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to drive focused process improvements\nMethodologies, Tools, and Services – 20%\nEnsure consistency and standardization in an array of tools, methodologies, and practices\nTools: Project management, Sunshine Act reporting, sponsor surveys, project databases, project trackers and applications\nProcesses, methodologies and templates for milestone tracking, meeting agendas, meeting summaries, action item tracking\nMaintain current repository of standard Legal templates, standard project reporting, staff bios, and presentation materials\nCross Functional Leadership– 15%\nEmbodies, communicates, and encourages others to embrace Premier’s strategy, values, and culture\nSupports environment that stimulates new ideas and challenges existing thinking\nParticipates in an environment of teamwork, open communication with an entrepreneurial spirit\nWorks across the business unit to deliver quality products to our clients and to maintain excellent customer satisfaction\nOperates effectively in an environment that fosters continuous process improvement, product innovation and knowledge sharing designed to help the practice meet and exceed customer expectations\nCo-lead, plan, and communicate to internal and external project team meetings\nFinancial Management– 5%\nMaintain Sunshine Act reporting simultaneously to meet annual requirements across all projects\nSupport standardized methodology for accessing and tracking sub-contractor costs\nMaintain procurement tracker for specific projects\nTrack and communicate project profitability. Communicate risks, mitigation and out of scope activities to Project Owners.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nWork Experience:\nYears of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or GED (Required)\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSkills:\nExperience:\nProject Management experience in healthcare\nManaging, mentoring, and developing professional growth\nFinancial experience including budget tracking and reconciliation\nLarge scale project management experience\nClinical and operational improvement experience\nPMP, Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Certifications\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree\n\nAdditional Job Requirements:\nRemain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time\nBe adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlines\nAttention to detail\nOperate computer programs and software\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.\nDay-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public)\nMaking independent decisions\nAbility to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions\n\nWorking Conditions: Remote\n\nTravel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US\n\nPhysical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $72,000 - $120,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
