Oversees and monitors quality within the processing area, delegate’s tasks, monitors reports, and responds accordingly. Manages incoming work requests, continually monitoring and reassigning workloads for better equipment efficiencies and reduced lost time.\n\nSupervise the Quality and Safety of Product: Monitor work quality and response times. Ensures all repairs meet quality expectations and OHSA requirements. Conducts safety meetings. Works with Director of Safety on walk through/safety audits. Complies with the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practices.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\n\nAn associate degree in a related field is preferred.\n\nMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nAbility to learn various computer systems quickly.\n\nStrong work ethic.\n\nAbility to work under pressure while always maintaining the utmost professionalism.\n\nAdvanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPhysical and Environmental Factors:\n\nSafety Awareness -Follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns to supervisor.
