As a Host & Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. As host you will be responsible taking and giving pick up orders to customers, cashing out tickets, handling money, helping maintain the salad bar and assisting in the front of the house. When serving you will be ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.\n\n*Duties*\n\n* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.\n* Take accurate food and drink orders from customers, ensuring all dietary restrictions or preferences are noted.\n* Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring that all items are presented attractively.\n* Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation and ensure that all food handling practices comply with safety regulations.\n* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.\n* Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.\n* Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.\n* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant or nightclub setting.\n* Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.\n\n*Skills*\n\n* Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.\n* Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.\n* Ability to upsell menu items through persuasive communication skills.\n* Experience in food preparation is a plus but not required; training will be provided.\n* Familiarity with nightclub or restaurant operations is advantageous.\n* Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.\n* A proactive attitude towards helping others within the kitchen and dining areas.\n\nJoin our team as a Host / Server where your passion for hospitality can shine!
