As a Receptionist at McGregor PACE, this role is responsible for supporting administration and assisting as site receptionist. Responsibilities:Greets and directs all visitors and participants;Answers and directs agency phone calls. Uses paging system as necessary;Maintains customer service and professionalism while working with the public;Provides general information regarding PACE and McGregor PACE;Projects a positive image of McGregor PACE and the services provided;Receives and routes mail; prepares and sends outgoing mail, including inter-office delivery and courier service;Assists in maintaining organized, accessible and complete files, in compliance with administrative needs and organizational policies;Copies, collates and faxes. Prepares documents and correspondence, including word processing;Prepares and collates information for mailings;Inventories office supplies;Understands and helps to implement safety and security protocols.Performs additional administrative support tasks as assigned.
