Has responsibility for oversight of international shipments.\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nInputs data into database in an accurate and timely manner\r\nPerforms entries into Oracle inventory systems.\r\nInspects shipments prior to leaving plant for paperwork accuracy and safe loading.\r\nMakes recommendations on day-to-day operations, safety issues and improvements.\r\nMonitors the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.\r\nPrepares shipments and completes paperwork for outbound freight.\r\nRoutes materials to proper departments\r\nPerforms other functions as required.\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\nMinimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.\r\nMinimum Experience: 0-2 years related work experience\r\n\r\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
