Job Description Triangle Pond Management is seeking a full-time Construction Project Superintendent to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This includes:Medical, dental, and visionPTO401(k) with up to 3% matchBonus potential8 paid holidaysCompany vehicle for roles that need oneCompany‑provided uniformReferral programWHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT?In this role, you will oversee the construction process of converting temporary basins to their designated stormwater control measures (SCM). You will be responsible for ensuring that grading, drainage, and earthwork are executed according to the project plans, with careful attention to grades, slopes, benches, compaction, and embankment construction. You will supervise the installation of structures such as piping, risers, spillways, and dissipator pads, and ensure that each site is properly stabilized upon completion. This includes applying methods such as littoral shelf plantings, sodding, overseeding, matting, and hydroseeding. Your day will involve maintaining organization, monitoring project progress, and upholding quality standards throughout each phase of construction.WHEN WILL YOU WORK?This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. Hours may vary based on workload and weather conditions.
