The Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disorders is the State Mental Health Authority for mental health and substance use disorder prevention, treatment and recovery services, and contracts with 14 community mental health centers (CMHCs) to deliver behavioral health services across the state.\n\nOur BH/DID Program Administrator for Region 1 will serve our following counties: Ballard, Calloway, Caldwell, Carlisle, Christian, Crittenden, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Hopkins, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken, Muhlenberg, Todd, Trigg, Allen, Barren, Butler, Daviess, Edmonson, Hancock, Hart, Henderson, Logan, McLean, Metcalfe, Monroe, Ohio, Simpson, Union, Warren, Webster.
