Elevate team capabilities by setting best practices in analytics, code quality, and data storytelling.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field; Master's preferred. 5+ years of demonstrable impact in analytics, pricing, strategy, or forecasting. Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations. Proven hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau), with advanced Excel skills. Ability to proactively identify new opportunities, design models/experiments, and deliver insights.
