You will collaborate with a team of elite data engineers and analysts both in the U.S. and internationally.\r\nThis position is ideal for those looking to accelerate their management career or develop themselves for lasting success in value-based care, one of the fastest-growing sectors of healthcare technology!\r\nRoles & Responsibilities\r\nOversee an offshore team of Healthcare Data Analysts and QA engineers who are under the direction of the local Director of Data Management.\r\nLead by example in executing complex data and quality tasks, setting technical standards for the team, and mentoring others to follow best practices.\r\nCollaborate with various client-facing teams and both inter-departmental and intra-departmental teams to address complex technical healthcare data challenges.\r\nTake the lead in communicating with clients to resolve any technical issues they may have.\r\nGuide the Data Operations team in understanding customer business needs and converting them into application and operational requirements.\r\nAct as a process champion, utilizing in-depth knowledge of organization policies and operations processes, while directly applying these processes in your daily technical work.\r\nEnsure modules in the product meet the functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications through ongoing performance monitoring of team members.\r\nJob Location\r\nHybrid Remote in our office in Burlington, Massachusetts\r\nRequired Experience / Qualifications\r\n5+ years of progressive experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst, Healthcare Data Engineer, QA Engineer, or a similar role, performing analysis on healthcare data\r\nClinical Knowledge of various Healthcare Data listed below\r\nRequired Knowledge Areas\r\nTechnical Expertise\r\nSQL & Databases – Experience writing queries on SQL and extracting and manipulating data on various databases\r\nHealthcare Industry Knowledge\r\nFamiliarity with Eligibility, Medical & Pharmacy claims data, including formats like 834, 837, etc.\r\nElectronic Health Records (EHRs) – Experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other EHR platforms.\r\nHealthcare Data Standards – Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and SNOMED coding systems.\r\nCMS Data\r\nExperience analyzing claims from Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.\r\nHEDIS Quality Measures\r\nHIPAA & Data Privacy – Familiarity with healthcare data compliance, including HIPAA.\r\nData Management & ETL Experience\r\nETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes – Experience working with data warehouses and SQL ETL pipelines\r\nProject Management – Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies in data projects.\r\nStakeholder Communication – Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable requirements for non-technical teams (clinicians, executives, analysts).\r\nAdvanced skillset with SQL for data analysis and reporting\r\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\r\nEligible to work in the U.S. without assistance in getting an employment visa or work authorization now or in the future.\r\nPreferences – Not Required\r\n7+ years of experience performing analysis on healthcare data\r\nExperience with Snowflake\r\nPrior Experience Working with Offshore Teams\r\nTeam leadership experience\r\nBig Data & Cloud Platforms – Familiarity with AWS (Redshift), Google Cloud, or Azure.\r\nYour Future Working Environment\r\nIf you join Cedar Gate, you can make great ideas happen for some of the world's most dynamic companies.
