Leasing ConsultantLocation: Marina, CAType of Leasing: Luxury apartments/homesSchedule:MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM1 hour lunch breakPosition OverviewThe Leasing Consultant is a front facing, customer focused role supporting residential leasing operations across multiple properties in the Monterey area. This temporary position is sales oriented and focuses on responding to inbound inquiries, conducting property tours, supporting lease execution, and serving as a liaison between prospects, residents, and onsite teams. The role operates in a collaborative, onsite environment and typically supports one property at a time.ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Sales SupportRespond to inbound inquiries received through the property websiteSchedule and conduct property tours for prospective residentsPresent apartment features, amenities, availability, and pricing in a professional and engaging mannerSupport the lease execution process, ensuring accurate documentation and follow upMaintain timely communication with prospects to support leasing goalsResident & Operational SupportServe as a point of contact for current residents on non maintenance inquiriesFollow up on service requests by coordinating with service technicians and onsite teamsAct as a communication bridge between residents and operations (does not perform maintenance work)Systems & ToolsUse property management software to manage prospects, tours, and leasing activityo Primary system: Entratao Comparable systems (e.g., Yardi or similar) are acceptable; training can be providedQualificationsStrong customer service and verbal/written communication skillsSales oriented mindset with comfort working toward performance metricsProfessional, punctual, and reliable in an onsite environmentAbility to work collaboratively and ask for support when neededPrior experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer facing sales rolesFamiliarity with Entrata, Yardi, or similar property management platformsOnsite collaboration with Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers (as applicable), and Service TeamsRegional and resident experience leadership may rotate between propertiesLeasing team operates collaboratively rather than independentlyBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
