This is a field-based role.This position will support the Manhattan, the Bronx and Southwest Connecticut area. Hired candidates should live in any of the following: Westchester County, Southwest Connecticut , Jersey City, Queens, Hoboken, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Bronx, Yonkers or Bergen County.About the Role:This position is responsible for driving sales, clinical education, and customer support across KARL STORZ's Airway Management product portfolio. The Sales Executive will partner closely with healthcare providers across hospitals, surgery centers, emergency departments, and physician offices, serving as both a trusted advisor and product expert.What You'll Do:Manage and grow a high-impact Manhattan territory, meeting and exceeding sales quotasSpend 30–40+ hours per week in the field, engaging directly with healthcare customersDeliver hands-on product training and in-service education to clinicians and staffBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers and department leadersIdentify and develop target accounts and new business opportunitiesSupport product evaluations, troubleshooting, and clinical use in real-time environmentsRepresent KARL STORZ at local and national events, trade shows, and conventionsCollaborate with internal sales and support teams to deliver best-in-class customer experienceWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years of sales or relevant experience (medical device preferred)Strong understanding of healthcare environments and clinical workflowsProven ability to educate, influence, and close businessExcellent communication, organization, and territory management skillsWillingness to travel locally daily (100-mile radius) and occasionally nationallyValid driver's license requiredWork Environment:This role requires regular presence in clinical settings, including operating rooms and emergency environments, with hands-on interaction with medical equipment.
