Regional Sales Manager – Hospitality Products (Western U.S.)Compensation: Up to $160,000 Total Earnings (Base + Commission)We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Western United States. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market share within the hospitality sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals.Build relationships with hotels, management companies, ownership groups, purchasing organizations, architects, and interior designers.Generate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.Prepare proposals, RFQ responses, presentations, and sales forecasts.Conduct site visits and surveys, including review of architectural drawings when needed.Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline management.Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and regional events.Collaborate with leadership on key accounts and strategic initiatives.Requirements3+ years of progressive B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.Prior experience selling products or solutions into the hospitality industry is required.Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory.Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Bachelor's degree preferred.Ability to travel extensively throughout the Western U.S. (60%+ travel).Must be authorized to work in the United States.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing a high-growth territory within the hospitality market.
