This role will focus on leading the development, sustainment, and integration of multiple health data fabric products within cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS GovCloud, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI analytics to enhance healthcare outcomes. The Product Lead will be the key point of contact for the client, providing expert guidance, risk management, and strategic direction in the development and deployment of advanced healthcare solutions. This position requires US Citizenship with a Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.Military Veterans encouraged to apply**Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage and oversee the development, deployment, and sustainment of the selected health data fabric products within DHA's cloud environments, ensuring alignment with DHA's objectives and healthcare requirements.Lead the integration of cloud-based solutions within GCP and AWS GovCloud environments, focusing on the application of various AI analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making in DHA healthcare systems.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and third-party developers. Develop and implement stakeholder management plans, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with cloud integration and AI analytics deployment. Provide expert analysis and proactive solutions to address potential challenges in the healthcare IT environment.Utilize SAFe Agile methodologies to coordinate multiple, complex projects within the product line. Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, and the delivery of incremental capabilities in alignment with DHA's needs.Translate technical information and project progress into executive-level communications for DHA and DIU leadership. Prepare and present strategic updates, risk assessments, and project milestones to senior stakeholders.Ensure that all product deployments and integrations meet DHA's regulatory requirements, including compliance with relevant healthcare standards and security protocols, particularly in cloud environments.Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and engineers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), project schedules, and other documentation in compliance with DHA standards. Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.Required Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of professional experience in product management or a related field, with significant experience in cloud environments (GCP, AWS GovCloud) and AI analytics. Experience in healthcare IT, particularly with the Defense Health Agency, is highly preferred.Strong background in cloud computing, AI/ML technologies, and healthcare IT systems. Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Active Secret clearance preferred, or the ability to obtain one.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline (18 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Desired Skills And QualificationsPMP or Agile certification (SAFe Agile) is a plus.Extensive experience with GCP, AWS GovCloud, and AI/ML integration in healthcare systems.Deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, particularly within the DHA, including healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.), regulatory compliance and security standards.Prior experience working in a consulting environment, particularly within Federal healthcare agencies such as DHA, is a strong advantage.Additional InformationApplicants must be U.S. Citizens.
