Assists less experienced assembly employees by providing information, as necessary.\nWorks from blueprints, routed shop orders, set up card data, verbal and written instructions.\nAble to use ordinary arithmetic such as decimals and fractions, micrometers and fixed gages.\nPlans and performs required set up of equipment to assemble product.\nAssembles product in an efficient manner and inspects product to verify that it meets customer specifications, with minimal direction from the supervisor.\nIdentifies and resolves routine and some non-routine issues through effective troubleshooting.\nAs needed, handles incoming and out-going stock.\nMaintains accurate counts of work in process, components, and sub-assemblies and properly log all rejected parts used during assembly to maintain accurate inventory counts.\nCommunicates effectively with co-workers and internal customers in performing assigned tasks.
