Summary We are seeking an Echo Technologist to join our dedicated team at Shared Medical Technology, LLC. This role is essential in delivering high-quality echocardiographic services that contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care. We provide services to rural hospitals and clinics around the Eau Claire, WI area within a clinic environment. More details can be provided upon interview! Responsibilities Perform echocardiograms and other related diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and efficiently. Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures while providing clear explanations of the process. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret results and contribute to patient care decisions. Maintain accurate records of procedures performed and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay updated on advancements in echocardiography techniques and technologies. Assist in training new staff members on echocardiographic procedures and protocols. No after hours call! Qualifications Registered or Registry eligible as an Echo Technologist or equivalent qualification is required. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to echocardiography. Experience in diagnostic evaluation within a healthcare setting is essential. Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and understanding of vital signs interpretation. Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols is necessary. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. General/ Vascular ultrasound experience is a plus!
