The selected applicants will join the team as we seek to deliver world-class capabilities for our client and their associated contractors, driving productivity and innovation using the Scaled Agile Framework. Our Agile Release Train supports code design, implementation, test and overall technical expertise for analytic applications and services. This position will include some or all of the following duties and responsibilities:\n\nResponsibilities include:\nCreate / design application interfaces for one or more applications across the program\nAssist the product lead in development of project-level solutions discrepancies and enhancements\nProvides level of effort estimates for story point planning for vetting by product lead\nCompletes unit tests\nParticipates in agile activities\nProvides inputs to project documentation including but not limited to requirements, user and administration guides, and release notes.\n\nLead SW Developers may also:\nCreate / design application interfaces for multiple applications and ensure cohesion across the program\nLead the development of program-level solutions, discrepancies, and enhancements\nGenerate level of effort estimates for story point planning and vet LOEs provided by team members\nSupervise and advise more junior members and ensure project objectives are met\n\nRequired Education, Experience, & Skills\n\nEducation/Relevant Experience:\nHigh School Diploma and 9+ years\nAssociates and 7+ years\nBachelors and 5+ years\nMasters and 3+ years\nPhD and 1+ year\nDoD 8140/8570 compliant IAT Level II certification\nStrong experience with code design, implementation, test.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills and with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple audiences.\nStrong customer service skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills\n\nExperience with APIs\nExperience with AWS and/or Azure\nExperience with OpenShift, Kubernettes, Docker\nExperience interfacing and briefing government customers at all levels\nExperience with agile development (SAFe, Scrum)\nExperience migrating application to cloud architecture.\n\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070\n\nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
