This is a high-ownership, hands-on role built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to operate without constant direction. You'll work closely with our compliance team across a broad scope of responsibilities — from BSA/AML program support and audit coordination to consumer compliance, policy maintenance, and regulatory remediation — and you'll be expected to bring structure, judgment, and initiative to everything you do.\nResponsibilities\nSupport and maintain the Crypto.com Compliance Program to include: Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), policy development, procedure maintenance, and ongoing monitoring\nSupport audits and reviews of the AML compliance program; engage with internal stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution\nAssist in the development and management of project plans for regulatory remediation efforts, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables\nCoordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate remediation efforts and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders\nPrepare materials for working groups, committees, project dashboards, and executive presentations\nEnsure clear and timely customer communication during the RFI process\nConduct due diligence reviews and ad hoc compliance assessments as needed\nSupport consumer compliance obligations, including Reg E (chargebacks, notice requirements, prepaid card and credit card compliance) and UDAAP\nOwn and maintain compliance policies and procedures, keeping them current with regulatory changes and business developments\nIdentify procedural opportunities and help drive process improvements across the compliance function\nPerform ad hoc special projects as required\nWork with regulators and help facilitate regulatory relationships as needed\nRequirements\n3+ years of compliance experience in a financial services, fintech, or banking environment\nWorking knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and the Bank Secrecy Act framework\nDirect experience with consumer compliance regulations, including Reg E and UDAAP\nExperience supporting regulatory audits, managing remediation projects, and coordinating cross-functional compliance efforts\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\nExperience preparing materials for working groups, committees, or regulatory submissions\nComfort with ambiguity.
