Join us and help run what runs the world.\n\nThis position reports to:\n\nProduction Maintenance Supervisor\n\n__\n\nYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)\n\nMaintenance Process Technician – Job Roles and Responsibilities\nRole Summary\n\nThe Maintenance Process Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment and manufacturing processes to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role works closely with Maintenance, Process Engineering, Production, Quality, and HSE teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and manufacturing systems.\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-related equipment issues.\nRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions to minimize downtime and restore equipment to reliable operation.\nPartner with Process Engineers and Production teams to identify equipment and process issues and implement sustainable solutions.\nSupport equipment start-ups, installations, commissioning, modifications, and process improvements.\nAnalyze recurring equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to eliminate repeat breakdowns.\nSupport Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies and continuous improvement activities to increase equipment reliability and availability.\nExecute preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and ensure accurate completion of work orders.\nIdentify opportunities to improve machine performance, cycle time, equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and documentation in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\nAssist with developing and updating standard operating procedures, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting guides, and equipment documentation.\nWork with equipment vendors and contractors to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and support equipment improvements.\nMaintain proper inventory and availability of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.\nProvide technical support and knowledge transfer to other maintenance technicians and production personnel.\nTrain and mentor less-experienced technicians on equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and safe work procedures.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support production targets while maintaining high
