At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it’s materials and processing expertise.\n\nWhat YOU will do:\nIdentify, schedule, and manage scope to accomplish program contract and business objectives (Delivery, Financial, Technical, Quality).\nPlan complex interdepartmental projects to meet program and business objectives.\nTrack, report and execute assigned projects to scope, cost and schedule objectives.\nMaintain Program Management Plans and Risk Registers.\nSupport weekly; Program, Configuration Control Board (CCB), Program Control Board (PCB) meetings, and Customer meetings.\n\nWhat YOU must bring to Succeed:\nBachelor’s degree from accredited institution with a minimum of 5 years relevant Program Management experience.\n\nDesired Characteristics\n\nHigh critical thinking, communication, leadership, and influencing skills with balanced technical, financial, and business acumen.\nAbility to perform under pressure with high degree of self and team accountability.\nAbility to support on-site and travel internationally.\nMinor Degree in Project Management or equivalent relevant industry experience.\nPMP certification is preferred\nExperience with Global Customers\n\nAt ST Engineering, we offer great rewards, competitive pay, career advancement and growth opportunities.\n\nEstimate salary range for this role: $89,200 to $129,000 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location.
