This role plays a critical part in coordinating communication and workflows across complex infrastructure and energy projects.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement an Interface Management Plan (IMP) for assigned projects, outlining strategies, processes, and tools for effective interface identification and resolution.\nProactively identify potential interface conflicts and interdependencies between project disciplines, engineering teams, construction crews, subcontractors, and external stakeholders (e.g., regulatory bodies, landowners).\nFacilitate regular interface meetings and workshops with relevant parties to discuss interface points, track progress, identify roadblocks, and agree on resolution strategies.\nEstablish and maintain an Interface Register, documenting all identified interfaces, their status, responsible parties, and resolution plans.\nAct as a central point of contact for all interface-related queries and issues, ensuring clear and consistent communication across project teams.\nMonitor and track the closure of interface actions, escalating unresolved issues to project leadership as necessary to prevent project delays or cost overruns.\nCollaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure all interface requirements are clearly defined and met throughout the project lifecycle.\nPrepare regular reports on interface status, progress, and key performance indicators for project management and senior leadership.\nContribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for interface management within Primoris Services Corporation.\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and project-specific requirements.\n\nJob Qualifications:**\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.\nMinimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, project controls, or interface management within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.\nProven experience in managing complex interfaces involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.\nStrong understanding of project lifecycle phases from conceptual design through commissioning.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse teams and external parties.\nDemonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.\nProficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nWillingness to travel to project sites as required.\nCompany Overview:\nPrimoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
