At least 2 years of experience in Web Services approach (REST & SOAP) of implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). At least 2 years of experience in PL/SQL. Experience in Server side programming using Java Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JavaBeans, EJB, log4J. Experience in development/build tools like Eclipse, RAD, Soap UI, XML Spy, ANT, SVN, CVS etc. Experience to Telecom domain.QualificationsBasic: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
