This role is responsible for safely producing batches according to specifications, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring product quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nComply with all safety rules and standard safety practices\n\nOperate mixing and processing equipment according to production instructions\n\nAccurately add raw materials to batches in the correct order and amounts\n\nUse forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and stage materials\n\nMonitor batches during processing to ensure quality standards are being met\n\nPerform quality checks and make adjustments to color, viscosity, or strength as directed\n\nTransfer materials between tanks or vessels using pumps and transfer hoses\n\nRecord batch information such as temperatures, mix times, speeds, and adjustments\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred\n\nBasic computer skills and ability to learn production and inventory systems\n\nAbility to follow detailed instructions and accurately document work\n\nAbility to distinguish between colors and shades\n\nStrong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills\n\nTeam‑oriented attitude with a strong focus on safety and quality\n\nAbility to complete required safety and job‑specific training\n\nAbility to work overtime as needed\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to climb ladders and stairs\n\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time and move over, under, and around production equipment\n\nFrequent bending, reaching, lifting hoses, manipulating valves, operating and adjusting equipment, stacking pallets, and carrying materials\n\nAbility to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 80 lbs. occasionally\n\nEquipment Utilized\n\nManufacturing equipment\n\nForklifts and material handling equipment\n\nComputers and scanning equipment\n\nStrainer systems, pumps, and holding vessels\n\nWork Environment & Safety\n\nManufacturing facility handling water‑borne and solvent‑based materials\n\nFast‑paced production environment\n\nRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toe footwear\n\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future).
